    I've seen these bottle openers on other sites, but there are lots of complaints about the fact that the bottle has to be held almost parallel with the floor in order to open it. That makes for a wet floor. Does this seem to do the same thing?

    BEST ANSWER: Hi Debbie,
    I have not experienced this issue with this opener.
    You obviously have to angle the beer slightly to open it, but not to the degree there is any notice really. I have this opener in my basement bar and there's been no issue with the floor getting wet. Hope this helps.
