    This bitters set combines two popular collections of Fee Brothers bitters, the original collection and the Series II collection. These are the most important cocktail bitters any bartender needs to set up their bar.

    It's a must-have for home and professional bartenders who want the flexibility to make a wide variety of classic cocktails and modern originals. That's because this deluxe bitters set includes a full bottle each of West Indian orange, peach, lemon, grapefruit, mint, cherry, aztec chocolate, celery, rhubarb, cranberry, plum, and old fashioned aromatic bitters. In a sense, this deluxe set from Fee Brothers is a spice rack for your bar.

    Cocktail bitters are spirits infused with flavors, typically from plants, fruits, or spices. They date as far back as the early 1800's, originally used to assist with digestion and cure stomach aches. Infusing your cocktail recipes with just a few drops of bitters will give them an additional level of flavor depth. Many bitters are also renowned for their ability to cure hangovers.

    Great flavors
    These really taste great. The Aztec chocolate is surprisingly delicious. I added it to a chocolate protein shake and it gave a nice little flavor twist. The fruity flavors are great with just water or in mixed drinks. One of my favorites is cherry vodka with cherry bitters, a touch of sweet vermouth and lemon sour, topped off with club soda. They're also great for easing hiccups and stomach aches. Love these.

    Bitters never tasted so sweet
    What fun trying a new flavor every week. These flavored bitters are great and have gotten us out of the same old, same old rut. We haven't created a bad new cocktail yet. A bit pricey but they will last.

    I recently had a vodka cherry Manhattan at a Russian restaurant and it was delicious, so I needed some cherry bitters. :) A bartender recently gave my sis some sugar and lemon bitters to knock out her hiccups, worked great. Then, I read an article about the health benefits for bitters for sweets cravings, digestive health, etc. and since I love a little sour/bitter flavor I plan to experiment with all kinds of uses for the set!

    BEST ANSWER: Hello! It is believed that bitters are gluten-free, however, if the manufacturer does not specifically say it then we cannot mention it. Angostura does market their bitters are gluten-free. Cheers!
